Comments: The initial Purchaser of these plans gets the added benefits of having Elevation exclusivity in the community where they will be building this plan and some opportunity to tailor the plans specifically to their lot, building codes and design preferences. Structural Engineering is not included in the cost of the plans but can be added for an additional fee (call for more information). One set of reproducible vellum prints are included and typically contain a site plan, foundation plan, floorplans, elevations, roof plans, electrical plans and details page. Square footages and measurements may vary from the conceptual plan to the actual construction documents. The plan design fee is based on $3.75 per square foot of living area rounded up to the nearest hundred dollars so a refund will be credited or a charge will be assessed to the Purchser's account based on the final square footage of living area and additional charges may apply if the non-living space area is substantially increased from what is detailed on the conceptual design. A detailed design fee agreement will be emailed to the Purchaser of these plans to sign before any charges will be processed.
