Order Processing Errors

Bisummo, L.L.C. reserves the right to deny any purchases made where errors in server processing, shipping, pricing and/or tax calculations occurred during the processing of the order.  This shall not apply to orders that have been completely processed which, in this instance, shall be defined as orders charged to the Buyer's account and in route to their final destination.  If an error in server processing, shipping, pricing and/or tax calculations were to occur, the Buyer shall be contacted by a Bisummo representative to determine if the amended total purchase price is acceptable to them.  If the New Terms are acceptable to the Buyer then the order shall be processed based on these New Terms.  If the New Terms are not acceptable to the Buyer then the order will be terminated and no charges shall be applied to the Buyer's account or if previous charges were applied to the Buyer's account then those charges shall be entirely reimbursed.

Store Return Policies

Bisummo, L.L.C. must be notified of any defective products and/or inaccurate orders by one of the approved methods below.  Notification of defective products and/or inaccurate orders must be made in writing via e-mail (turk@bisummo.com), fax (407-574-8051) or snail mail (2146 E. Old Mill Dr.; Deltona, FL 32725) date stamped within 24 hours of the order reaching its final destination.  Opened or partially used products can not be returned.  Products damaged by misuse and/or abuse can not be returned.  Buyer shall pay for the return shipping cost of defective goods.  The Buyer shall be reimbursed return shipping costs on defective merchandise only if Bisummo, L.L.C. determines that the claim is legitimate and is given a return claim number.  In any event, no action shall be taken by Bisummo until the defective merchandise is received at its original point of origin before purchase. The Buyer's failure to deliver any defective merchandise to the original point of origin within 30 days of filing a claim deems that claim permanently null and void.  

Warranties

Buyer's shall seek performance of warranties from the respective original manufacturer's of the products purchased and hold Bisummo, L.L.C. harmless of any recourse that results in the original manufacturer's failure to honor said warranties.  Products offered on Bisummo.com that are not directly manufacturered by Bisummo, L.L.C. shall contain manufacturer and warranty information on each product listing.   THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.  

Bisummo Limited Liability Policies

Bisummo.com features a variety of products from numerous suppliers and in doing so, we have limited control over some of the products that are offered on our website.  In any event, Bisummo's liability shall be limited to the cost of the merchandise purchased through Bisummo.com including any tax and shipping cost incurred.  Additionally,  Buyer shall hold Bisummo, L.L.C. harmless of any monetary and/or punitive damages from any products purchased that are not directly manufactured by Bisummo, L.L.C.; hence, Buyer shall seek compensatory and punitive damages from the original maufacturer of the products purchased. 

Venue

Purchases constitute acknowledgement that venue and jurisdiction on all matters involving legal proceedings with Bisummo, L.L.C., including, but not limited to, all sales, contracts and payments shall be exclusively held in Volusia County, Florida.
